Cancellation Policy
Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required to secure your spot. Final Payment The remaining balance is due 45 days before the retreat starts. If you're booking within this 45-day window, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment Plans We offer 3-installment payment plans. Email us at megan@gotravelcollection.com.au for more details. Cancellations The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made after the final payment deadline are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your booking to a friend at no extra cost, as long as you notify us before the retreat. If you're in shared accommodation, your replacement must be approved by your roommate(s). If you pay the deposit but do not complete the final payment, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected events.
